What is Corporate Housing?
Corporate Housing is a preferred, cost-effective alternative to staying in a hotel. The Suites at Silver Towers provides luxury studio, one, and two bedroom apartment homes which are fully furnished with everything you will need to make your temporary housing feel just like home.
Who uses Corporate Housing?
The Suites at Silver Towers provides fully furnished luxury apartments for temporary and relocating business travelers. We provide accommodations for business professionals, consultants, and project managers on short term assignments away from home. We assist large and small corporations with housing for relocating employees or employees on temporary project assignments. We also assist medical personnel on internships as well as medical patients and their families.
Is there housekeeping available?
Yes. We offer housekeeping for an additional charge.
Are laundry facilities available?
Washers and dryers are located on every floor and are free to use. An iron and ironing board are in each apartment. We also offer dry cleaning, tailoring and laundry services for an additional charge.
What size apartments do you have available?
We offer multiple size floor plans for studio, one, and two bedroom apartments.
What does a The Suites at Silver Towers corporate apartment offer that a hotel cannot? Unlike hotels, The Suites at Silver Towers corporate apartments offer larger space and feature amenities not found in hotels such as a fully-equipped kitchen as well as washer and dryer on every floor.
What kind of amenities do you have?
Onsite pool, gym with fitness classes, spa treatment room, steam room, sauna, rooftop deck, sundeck, children’s playroom, nail salon, wireless business center, conference room, library, outdoor park with playground and dog run. Animal and plant care available for an additional charge.
Is parking available?

What is included in a The Suites at Silver Towers Apartment?
The Suites at Silver Towers furnishes every apartment with all items needed for a comfortable stay. Our apartments include furniture, house wares, linens, home electronics, and decorative items. A 32 inch flat screen TV is standard in all of our apartments. Utilities, US telephone service, wireless internet, cable, pool and gym membership are provided and included in rental price. Housekeeping can also be included for an additional price.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. The Suites at Silver Towers is pet friendly. We accept cats and dogs under 50 lbs; non-aggressive breeds.
Is there a minimum stay?
We accommodate guests for 6 months or longer based upon availability.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank certified checks, wire transfers, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
How do I check-in?
We make your check-in as easy as possible. We have a 24 hour doorman that is here 7 days a week that will provide you with your welcome packet and apartment keys when you arrive. We do everything possible to ensure you have a smooth check-in to your corporate apartment.
